Return Policy

At Jwendlic, we have always striven to offer you good quality, beautiful jewelry to highlight the special moments of your life. But sometimes, things may not happen exactly as you have planned. Your return policy has been created by us to make the return process swift and easy for you, in case you are not fully satisfied with your rental experience.

Returns Eligibility

We accept a return on all jewelry rentals if:

  • Item is returned within 2 days of shipment.
  • Jewellery is brand new with no sign of damage. It has never been worn except to try one on, completes packaging.
  • You have informed us that you will be returning your order within 24 hours of when you will receive it.

Important Note: Returns are only accepted for purchases ordered in Hong Kong. International shipping and returns are not accessible at this point.

How to Return Your Jewelry

To return a rental, all you have to do is the following:

  • Let Us Know: E-mail us at [email protected] or call us within 24 hours of receiving the jewelry to let us know that you wish to return it.
  • Jewelry Preparation: Place the jewelry back in its original packaging. It should be in exactly the same condition as when you first received it - no damage or parts missing.
  • Returning Shipment: We offer Hong Kong free return pickup. Upon contacting us, we can schedule a convenient pickup time for you.

Refund Process

After our company receives the jewelry, our staff will scrutinize it. If everything is in its pristine condition, we shall process your refund. We take cash on delivery only. As such, the refund shall assume one of the following forms:

  • Full Refund: Once our courier collects the jewelry from your place, you shall be refunded the full rental amount to your bank account.
  • Exchange Option: You may change your rental item for another from our collections.
  • Important Notice: We reserve all rights to charge a damage fee for the items in case of; jewelry being altered, missing parts, or damaged. Damage fees will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Pieces

We personally check each jewelry so that the quality of each jewelry meets the company standard. However, if on opening the consignment, the jewelry piece is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of the problem. We would replace it or refund it without any extra cost.

Inform Us About the Defect: Within 24 hours of getting the damaged or wrong item, please report back to us. And we will work out the problem soon.

Exception

Thus, all jewelry we receive back from us should be in perfect condition before giving it to the next customer. This is why we will not accept returns on grounds of the following factors:

  • Lateness of Return: If your return is past due of our 2-day window, we cannot process this return.
  • Damaged or Worn Jewelry: Any jewelry that may have been damaged, altered, or severely worn during the rental period is not returnable.

Privacy and Data Protection

We take respect for your privacy very seriously, and any data you give us as part of the process of returning something will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Your details will never be passed to third parties, and you will simply see your information used as part of the return and refund process.
