Below, we've outlined some important details on how our service works. Take a moment to read through them so you know what to expect from us and what we need from you in return. If you're renting from us, then you're agreeing to these terms.
What We Offer
Jwendlic provides some of the stunning high-quality jewelry available for rental in Hong Kong for any event. From necklaces to rings, we have something perfect for every one of the events you're going to be attending, right here in Hong Kong.
- Only Hong Kong: For now, we only deliver within Hong Kong. For those of you outside Hong Kong, we hope to reach you someday soon!
- Rental Period: Rental period starts from the date when we hand over your jewelry to you. You may choose to rent for as many days as you prefer at checkout.
- Payment: We keep it simple; our payment is COD (cash on delivery). So, when your jewelry arrives, all you have to do is be prepared with the exact amount.
It's easy! Browse our catalogue, select the jewelry you like, and then go directly to the order checkout. When we get your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation. In case of a mishap, like an unavailable item, we will call you immediately to work out what is to be done.
Delivery and Returns
- Delivery: We dispatch directly to your doorstep anywhere in Hong Kong. You would expect your jewelry promptly after confirmation of your order.
- Cash on Delivery: Pay in cash when your jewelry arrives. We do not carry change, so it would be handy to have the right amount available.
- Returning Your Jewelry: At the end of the rental period, simply return the jewelry in exactly the same condition in which you received it. There could be additional fees if something's damaged or missing.
Maintenance for Your Jewelry
- When you rent from us, we trust you to take proper maintenance of our jewelry. Do not expose it to water, perfume, or harsh chemicals. Proper handling would ensure that you do not incur extra charges because of damages.
- If something happens to the jewelry, for example, getting damaged or getting lost, then we will have to charge you for repairs or replacement. Costs would depend on the severity of damage or value of the lost piece.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Changes: Want a chance to change your mind? Worry not! We just need to know at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Latest order cancellations may attract a fee.
- Refunds: If the piece arrives damaged or is not as you had hoped, notify us within 24 hours and we will maintain significant effort to correct the problem with an exchange or repair.
Your Privacy Matters
We respect your privacy and know that your personal information is important. So, we handle it like that. Jwendlic fully complies with the Hong Kong Data Protection Act, so you can be sure that your data will be handled appropriately.

- How Do We Protect It: We secure the information of those who subscribe to our service and ensure that those data are accessible only to authorized team members. As a strict security measure, we make sure that your data is safe.
Do not worry, as we never share your details with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. We respect your privacy and will only use it for our rental service to make you satisfied. If ever there is a need for this policy, we will first talk to you about the cause and permission.

All of the images, designs and material on our website are owned by Jwendlic. Don't use or reproduce anything without asking us first.
Limitation of Our Liability
We want you to adore your experience with Jwendlic, but we are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may be suffered in consequence of or arising from any use of our website or you’re renting from us of jewelry.

We may change these terms from time to time. Please check back here from time to time to see if anything has changed. By continuing to use our website or services after a change, that's your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes that may arise will be handled according to Hong Kong law.
